  • Unfortunately once your order is placed, we cannot cancel your order since we process and pack your order as soon as possible.

    Thus, you can contact us here as soon as possible when you want to cancel your order. If your order is not process, we will cancel your order.

    Your order may have been cancelled for various of reasons.

    The most common reason is if the product that you ordered (or part of your order) is OUT OF STOCK. In this case, we will email you regarding the cancelled order.

    We will refund your money back to your bank account within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that your bank may take a a few extra days to process the payment, but in many cases it appears to be faster.

    After you placed your order with VONVATCH, you will recieve the following email:

    ORDER RECEIVED:
    You will recieve order confirmation email within minutes after placing your order. All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    ORDER SHIPPED:
    This means that we fulfilled your order and shipped from our warehouse and on the way to you with tracking number. Please use tracking from our shipping carrier to track your order.

    INVOICE
    Once we shipped your order, you will receive invoice for your order.

    Please use our size chart and model description to help you choose the correct size. We provide accurate size chart for every products to ensure you receive what you order.

    SHIPPING

    We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express.

    Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered within 2-2 business days.

    We offer free shipping for order over $150 USD.

    If your order is under $150 a flat shipping fee of $20 USD will applied.

    Once your order has been place, it will go through our ordering process. For that reason, we cannot change or adjust your shipping address.

    We may change your shipping address if your order has not pass a certain stage of our ordering process and you contact us as soon as possible. We will see what we can do.

    Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can track your order with DHL here.

    DHL will attempt to deliver your parcel 2 times. After 2 unsuccessful attempt the package will be stored at a pick-up point for you to retrieve.

    Alternatively, you can "authorize to leave the parcel" if it is safe to do so.

    VONVATCH is not responsible for lost or stolen package if you select this option.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE

    Return items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for refund

  • The items must be returned in retail quality - unwashed, unworns, and original tag attached.
  • Items purchase at full price is eligible for returned for refund, store credit or exchange size.
  • All SALES items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
  • Due to hygiene practices, items such as underwear and socks must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unopnened, and with tag attached. Unless faulty or in unsatisfactory condition.
  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday

    All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales items are final sales and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

    Returns are on your own expense. Please contact us if you want to return your order.

    You can choose your own carrier or we can provide a prepaid shipping label which the cost will be deducted from your total order.
    Please contact us if you want to return your order.

    Kindly provide us with your order number and items that you want to return. We will send you return instruction from there.

    Unfortunately we do not offer exchange.

    We always aim to provide accurate details of the products as well as sizing to ensure that our products suit your preferences. This is also due to product availability and fast-selling products as well.

    If you want to exchange, we would suggest you to place a new order and return the order that you don't want.

    That is not the experience we want you to have.

    We would love to resolve this with you. Kindly take a photo of the damaged/faulty product or shipment to our support team. We Will sort our the issue as soon as possible.

    Shipping cost is not refundable if you decide to return for any reason.

    The cost of shipping is refundable unless you received wrong or faulty products.

    Once we receive your return back to our warehouse. We will inspect and process the refund within 10 business days.

    It can take up to 3 business days for the fund to reflect back to your account.
