Return Conditions

Return items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for refund

• The items must be returned in retail quality - unwashed, unworns, and original tag attached.
• Items purchase at full price is eligible for returned for refund, store credit or exchange size.
• All SALES items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.
• Due to hygiene practices, items such as underwear and socks must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unopnened, and with tag attached. Unless faulty or in unsatisfactory condition. 

Black Friday and Cyber Monday

All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales items are final sales and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

How to return?

We offer return up to 14 days after the order was delivered.

Return are on customer expense.

Please follow easy steps below to return your order.
1. Kindly send us an email at support@vonvatch.com 
2. Provide order number and items you want to return
3. Once return is approved, you will receive a return address from us
4. Send us the tracking number, once you return the package.

After the return is approved, it must be sent back within 14 days.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive your return back to our warehouse, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy.

Refund will be processed within 10 Business days.
Depend on your financial institution, the fund will reflect back to your account within 3 business days.

Exchange policy

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange.

We always aim to provide accurate details of the products as well as sizing to ensure that our products suit your preferences. This is also due to product availability and fast-selling products.

If you want to exchange, we would suggest you to place a new order and return the order that you don't want.
